seablaze: (Captain)
[The feed will start to show a cute little tile puzzle of seashells attached to a cabinet.]

Got up this morning and found this on my liquor stash. Also found that I need to answer a riddle before I can go take a shower.

[Faris turned the feed on to himself to flash a grin.] I’ll wait for my mate for that one. Assuming I’m not alone in this new addition?

[He’ll curl his hand under his chin.] Not following the usual Monday pattern. Any thoughts for how long this will last?
keepsthefire: ([✠] what'd I do wrong... ?)
[Rin's SFC comes clattering out of his pocket, hitting the ground noisily, but not nearly as noisy as the rage-induced yelling and swearing that's going on. It's pointing up, as fallen SFCs are wont to do when they fall like that, but it's got a pretty good view of Rin standing at the Villa entryway door, an obvious puzzle where the deadbolt lock should be.

And Rin is having none of this. Chances are he's been dealing with puzzles all day, and we all know that he really does not have the mental fortitude to do such things. So now that he's home and trying to get inside so he can rest, he's being cockblocked by yet another one.]

AUUUUGHH!

[He does try at least, but even his best effort remains locked, and soon enough he's yanking on it, tugging it, trying to put his foot through it (or the door, it's hard to tell...)]

THAT'S IT! I'M SO DONE WITH YOU!

[Uhoh. That little shnk noise? And the blue light? Yeaaaah Rin has his sword out.

Some one stop him.

Or not. There's only a second or two of very blinding blue light, and a CLANK from the sword connecting, but as soon as it dies down... the door is still completely intact and Rin is just lying on his side in front of the door, looking like a kicked puppy. A no longer on fire kicked puppy.

He sees his SFC is out and finally reaches for it, just... pathetically whining.]

Can some one come unlock my door... ? Please?
parasolspinning: (♕thinky face)
Well, this certainly wasn't how I was expecting to spend my day...

[Shiro's face is a bit obscured at the moment, as his SFC is sat down next to a rice cooker (how did he get a hold of that? The world may never know) as his fingers work over a puzzle.]

ah, no... not quite... but as far as first curses go, this isn't nearly as bad as I thought it would be!

... no, that was close...

[He keeps working at it, but not a second later, it finally clicks and the cooker opens up - empty currently, but at least now he can start to make his rice.]

Wonderful! This is kind of fun! How is everyone else fairing with their puzzles? I'd be more than happy to assist, if some one would be willing to pass some dinner my way in payment!

[He bends down, giving the SFC a completely innocent, 'you know you want to feed me and have me help' smile before shutting his SFC off.]

replicatedcourage: (Guess what!)
[When the feed clicks on, Sola’s bright, cheerful face is paired with Ganymede’s reluctantly irritated one.]

Aren’t all these puzzles and stuff awesome?! But I think some people might be having trouble so I asked Ganymede to help me help everyone! Since he’s really good at this stuff too.

[He has his arms crossed and his torso angled away from the video feed, but he shoots a sulky glance over his shoulder at the praise. Ganymede has always responded well to praise, after all. And he does like the puzzles. Besides, he agreed to this, whether or not Sola really harassed him into it.]

If you must know, I’m the best with word puzzles or matching games.

And I really like sliding puzzles and ones where you move things around to make other things like pictures! Or where you light all the torches or have to press one switch and then another at the same time.

[Ganymede flicks a look over at Sola and rolls his eyes a little at his enthusiasm, but he can't hold the expression and turns his head away from the screen again.

Sola doesn’t notice, still happily going on about puzzles. His confidence had been shaken by the previous curse, so this event is doing quite a lot for him in that department.]

So if anyone needs help with any puzzles or anything, one or both of us will come over and help. It’s really frustrating not to be able to get to your stuff because some blocks or a riddle’s in the way.

[With a proud puff of his chest, Sola pulls his arm over Ganymede’s shoulders and waves at the screen with his free hand. Ganymede actually lets out a small squawk of protest, before giving a little nod.]

Happy to help, Vatheon!

((ooc: Please specify if you want Sola, Ganymede, or both in your thread! They do make house calls so if you’d like the thread to go to action, we can do that too.))
