| [Minako's standing in front of her SFC, one hand covering the other as she looked close to crying. It soon becomes rather obvious what she had been doing before the broadcast when her though bubble is showing exactly what happened. After all when you go and do something that stupid it's bound to linger on ones mind.]
I have a question. What does one do if they believe they might have cut off their finger tip while cutting up vegetables?
[She is trying to not panic, but her thought bubble is doing the panicking for her.] |

| [Some one's SFC got bumped when their hand was moving around looking for something on a desk in a bedroom. It turns on, and when the hand moves away it looks like it's Rin, focusing on something in front of him. Pen in one hand, some sort of snack in the other, he's mumbling to himself in between jotting things down.
He's trying to remember things he's forgotten thanks to what happened back home. Shiro has been giving him medicine to help with that, but it's still slow going. And awkward, given that there are still people that know him that he can't remember himself.
A few minutes in to the broadcast he doesn't know he's sending, he grumbles, drops the pen and scratches at his head with a groan.]
Damn it. C'mon, Okumura...
[This is frustrating as hell to him. He's recalling things, bit by bit, but he has no control over what comes back, when, and how much.
Sighing, he leans back in the chair, tilting two feet of it off the ground as he cranes his head back to stare at the ceiling, arms hanging loose at his sides.
And then, suddenly--]
... hey! Uwaah!
[He jerks his head up sharply, but as soon as he does the precarious balance of the chair he was in is compromised. His arms pinwheel, attempting to keep his chair from going backwards, but it doesn't work and he goes crashing to the ground noisily. The SFC rattles and goes flying off the desk, landing on the floor next to Rin who is left groaning, holding his already aching head with both hands.]
Owwwww...

| What do people usually do on dates?
[They'd decided dates are pretty much just hanging out except maybe with kissing, but she still kind of wants to know what other people do.] |

| [Lucifer was no stranger to the idea of suddenly appearing in a strange new world and having to work out how to live in it. He wonders briefly how he was brought through the Gate, but considering he was asleep at the time, it could have been done a number of ways. Come to think of it, "how" wasn't as important as "why". But he supposed "why" would come in good time, and he was, frankly, in no hurry.
After fiddling with the starfish like device, he discovered that despite its appearance, it worked very similar to a smartphone back home, and that it could be used to contact the other foreigners in this new world, who were likely from other worlds and stuck here as he was. He had, however, come across something in particular that caught his interest. It even made him interested enough to make a post to this network about.]
Yo.
[He addresses the network in such a way that shows he's familiar with technology, but although shows that he's only doing this because he feels he has to.]
So I'm a new world, right? Cool, I guess. Been there, done that. And we're given everything we need to survive without working for it?
[He pauses a moment to adjust his communicator.]
So where's the fried chicken?
[Yep. That's what's he's concerned about. Fried chicken.] |

| [Hello, Vatheon! And welcome to another week and another curse!
And who is that on the network but none other than Hubert Ozwell, that slightly pretentious, glasses-wearing dual wielder that... really probably isn't that well known because even as a part of the Defense Force he tends to keep to himself and doesn't have a lot of friends.
But something seems different this morning. His normal military uniform has been given a color and design upgrade, resembling something more... starfish-y? And red. Lots of red. Well, truly, it's closer to something you might find in a sentai series, because that's basically what he is.]
Beach Brigade, this is Red! Come in, Beach Brigade! [He doesn't seem to be aware that he's broadcasting in video right now, though, because when he doesn't get an answer he shakes the SFC violently, as if that's going to make it work. Unfortunately all it does is make it shut off.
For a time his SFC is silent and dark, but eventually it does return. He's a little calmer, but still irked about whatever it is that's going on.]I must inform you all that there is a terrible danger afoot! The dread Queen Emeraude has escaped from the Undersea Prison and I, Sunscreen Ranger Red, must find her and return her to her cell at once! But I've been separated from my team! Who here in this bubble is brave enough to be granted temporary Ranger-ship under my command and help me bring this evil witch to justice once more?! [Is he... ?
Yup.
He's posing. Dramatically.] |

| [The video feed starts with focusing on Leo's face.]
Since I got my hands on some celestial bronze I started making some really awesome stands to use with the starfish communicators. They're super portable and attach to the SFC like a cellphone charm.
[He turns his SFC away from his face (it's sitting on his stand) and holds up a charm that's shaped like Dirk's sunglasses. It's not very big and it's attached to Dirk's SFC by a short cord. He talks from off camera.]
So they start out looking like this, but in whatever shape you want. I've also made a bunny shaped one and mine's shaped like a hammer. I can do pretty much any simple shape you want. Anyway. All you gotta do to turn it into a stand it give it a little push like this.
[He grabs the charm by both ends of the glasses and lightly pushes them closer together at the top. The glasses open and a stand begins to come out of it, extending more metal than it looks like it could feasibly hold. When it's done he sets the stand on the table and Dirk's SFC is sitting on top of it, the sunglasses are open at the top of the stand.]
And then you've got a stand for hands free SFC use. And it retracts easily when you're ready to pack it up and go.
[He adjusts the sunglasses in the opposite direction and the stand begins to retract. He grabs hold of Dirk's SFC so it doesn't fall. He turns his SFC back to face him.]
Thanks to Dirk, I got the idea that I should sell these. So if you want your own custom stand just let me know. It'll cost 30 starfish tokens, but I'm willing to barter.
[After very little interest last time, Leo tries a slightly different tactic on selling the password app.]
Also wanted to remind everyone that if you want some added security for your SFC, I've got a password app for it that will keep anyone from accessing your SFC without whatever code you set. It's free with a SFC charm stand, or 5 starfish tokens if that's all you want. - Tags:angelo, axel, bianca, chizuru yukimura, dirk strider, feferi peixes, jet link (002), karkat vantas, leo valdez, minako aino / sailor venus, nepeta leijon, saber/arturia pendragon, sanji, the summoner, tohru honda

| I was wondering, who here knows how to play Volleyball or beach Volleyball? I'm thinking of setting up a game tomorrow and would like it if people would come and join me. It would be really weird if I played just by myself considering it's a team sport.
If you don't know what Volleyball is, I'll be happy to tell you, or even teach you if you'd like. We could make the best day of it on the beach.
So if you are interested let me know so I can sort out the teams. Thank you~♥ |

| W-What is this?! I'm... n-n-not supposed to be able to even feel cold!
[ Or at least, have an extreme resistance to it. A rare sight for Mithos. He's wearing his usual outfit, sure, but now he's also wearing one of Shing's coats. Yes, Shing, he stole it from you and it's big on him, but at least it covers him. And there's a blanket on over it. ]
I hate... I hate that coral... [ He wraps the blanket around tighter around himself. ] K-Kohaku, fix the air conditioner! Or I'll blow it up! |

| [It's been quite some time since the Head Nurse has terrorized graced Vatheon with her presence. She's been hard at work figuring out just what they did to fix the coral, and she's found out some very interesting things.]
Good morning, Vatheonites! It has been quite some time, hasn't it? And you have been terribly busy. We have a couple things to address.
Firstly, it was quite an ingenious solution you thought up for the coral, I am impressed. Who was it that thought it up, hmm? If you come forward, we might let you have an up close look at our facilities. I know you've been itching to get a look at them for awhile now.
Secondly, it seems that the Head Priestess lost her life in the commotion of fixing the coral. It's really quite a shame, but we didn't get to her in time to bring her back, so I'm afraid she's gone permanently.
[She doesn't seem to think it's a shame at all. In fact, she's smiling wider than ever.]
I do hope we can prevent such a tragedy again. You've all been behaving yourselves so nicely and not creating extra work for us. It would be very... unfortunate if that were to change. - Tags:!npc - head nurse, davesprite, dirk strider, expatriate darkleer, johnny rayflo, kanaya maryam, leo valdez, lloyd irving, minako aino / sailor venus, pyunma (008), saber/arturia pendragon, tiir rumibul, yukio okumura

| [This is not quite a happy-looking pony. She's mostly confused because....]
Hey, this is, like, July right? Middle of summer and all? On a supposedly tropical island? Well, if all that's true, then why the hay did it get so cold all of a sudden?
[Rainbow Dash scratches her head.]
I mean, I can think of a curse as being why, but what's the point of the cold? I tried a pretty heavy blanket, and that worked about as well as having a threadbare sheet. I mean, I could try a heater, but I don't know where Equius and Darkleer put theirs.
[The pony shrugs. What even is this curse?]
Am I the only one experiencing this problem? 'Cause if I am, then I think I need to see a doctor about it. I am so not down with hypothermia. |
