| [ Hey, Vatheon. Here's a familiar image for you: a soaked redhead in a pink dress. And she looks as surprised and bewildered as the first time she remembers having shown up here. Albeit for much different reasons.
She'd been set to stay behind again while the boys went off on a new journey.
Not to embark on another of her own. She wipes some excess moistures from her eyes, and smiles warmly, cheery and completely oblivious in the face of the recent bloody events in the Bubble. ]Well, looks like I'm back! Sorry for having been away for so long without letting anyone know. [ She looks mildly contrite. ] I wasn't expecting to go back home. [ Anywaaaaaaaaaaaaay~ ]How are things, guys? Colette... did you still want to spar together again sometime soon? ( Attempted filter away from Riku ) |

| [Action (closed to Zelda)]
[Link starts awake, and finds himself somewhere... unexpected.]
[The sky above, blue and wavering with light filtering down dimly, reminds him of nothing so much as the Chamber of the Sages - and with an almost physical shock, he concludes that he must be in the Sacred Realm.]
[Then... he really did fail.]
[But if this is an afterlife of sorts, then why are his clothes still torned and bloodied and soaking wet from the rain? The sword is still nearby, and the battered shield - the bow's string is still broken, the quiver is still empty. Setting a hand on his chest, he finds ridges of scar tissue - the injuries that he had succumbed to, now looking as if he had spent a good month or so recovering.]
[And what exactly is that... thing in the middle of the plaza he's now lying in?]
[Some time later, dried off, clothed, and settled at the Welcome Center, Link is finally ready to say hello to his fellow foreigners. The tattoo on the back of his left hand gets an uncomfortable look, and the StarFish Communicator (green, naturally) gets switched on.]
...Hi. Zelda said that I can use this to talk to everyone here, so I guess I should say hi to everyone. [He gives a sheepish little smile.]
I'm Link - or one of them, I guess, Zelda said my ancestor is here. [He does look rather bemused at that.]
Um... I guess that's all. [And off it goes.]

| Man, this place is fucked up. Not even a week in and it's like a bad remake of Silent Hill. Shit. Can't deny that it was a pretty damn good performance there, though the fucker who thought it up is seriously twisted and probably needs a few good blows to the face.
[ camera shifts a bit. the background shows him in the plaza. ]
Shit, I need to find a good place to stay, preferably with a sickeningly hot neighbor. [ a bit of a devious snicker. ] Yeeeeah. Oh, and a sweet TV and video games. |
|
| [The face showing up on the screen has got to be familiar to a lot of people by now, what with two other versions of it running about. In fact, since Roxas is wearing a generic black shirt instead of his Organization coat, it would be easy to mistake him for Ventus. A frowning Ventus. He has a look of concentration, or possibly annoyance.
He's trying to do something with the communicator, but clearly he doesn't realize it's already recording.]
I thought she said there was a list of people... Stupid thing. |
|
| [This time around, Alister appears a little more settled in, sitting atop a make-shift 'cabin' of steel and rods, Omniwrench at the ready and looking very displeased as he speaks. He might not be aware of your holidays, but he's none-too-amused about one signifying a pre-acocalpyse, thank you very much.]
So I'm to assume that was a joke.
[His frown deepens, almost appearing insulted.]
Your sense of 'humour' needs an immediate adjustment, Vatheon. Next time, why don't we try a simple rubber chicken and oversized glasses, rather than the blood of one spilled halfway across the plaza?
There may be those of us who don't agree with that.
[Bitter? You bet.] |

| *Poor Selphie, she looks absolutely exhausted, but she's grinning from ear to ear, a really happy smile. When she speaks, her voice is softer than usual, trying to keep down to a whisper* The chocobo babies have hatched! Mostly everything went perfectly fine, so there's a few new chocobabies in the world. *She turns slightly, moving the SFC with her to show some sleeping chocobos with tiny little babies cuddled beside them, big daddy birds nearby to keep watch* They're all really sleepy right now, and it's a good idea to let the families all get to know each other. I'm not gonna come back to the barn for a while, and I think it's a good idea to give these guys a week to enjoy the new babies. Then I'm sure they'll be happy to have all the visitors! *Selphie smiles brightly, almost with her own maternal glee. She holds up a hand in the form of a peace sign* Thanks Vatheon!
[ooc: feel free to respond to the video, or go to action if you wanna meet Selphie at the barn/on her way home!]

| What did I miss aside from N and Mewtwo arriving while I was playing Sleeping Beauty?
[Someone's normal scowl is a stronger this time, though given what he woke up to on the contact list? Just made his day go south.] Next thing I know this place will bring more vermin back in.
Serph, Cielo. I was sleep-coma'd again. 'S why I wasn't around to look after my tree. |
